We spotted a car that was just what we were looking for at Derwent Motors and got in touch to find out more, including the timescales for home delivery. They responded quickly and efficiently and confirmed that the car would be available for delivery in just a few days so we put down a modest deposit, which we were assured would be returned if we were unhappy with the car in any way (although they were confident that we would be satisfied). Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we were unable to proceed with the delivery and purchase as planned. Although we we were concerned about the inconvenience we had caused, Derwent Motors were very understanding of the circumstances and arranged to return our deposit immediately (but they did also provide an option to hold on to the car for us for an additional week if that would have worked for us). In summary, we were very impressed with the customer service we received!

I bought a Mercedes E class estate at Derwent Motors. I was a little apprehensive at first with the car being at an independent dealer rather than a Mercedes main dealer. However, Eric was excellent to deal with throughout, very quick response to email and any questions I had and very accommodating over sorting out a viewing. The car itself was in outstanding order better than many cars I have viewed at main agents in the past. A fair price to both of us was agreed and just over a week later I collected the car with a fresh mot and 12 month warranty. Overall Derwent Motors were a pleasure to deal with, very approachable and even after I had bought and collected the car continued with the excellent communication and service. 5 stars as far as I'm concerned for Derwent Motors! 👍
